Reflexology holds a special place in my heart, some may even call it my superpower. My fascination with this remarkable holistic therapy began years ago when I experienced its numerous benefits. Driven by an irresistable urge to delve deeper. I trained with the Three Shires Reflexology School in 2016. I earned my qualification as a Level 5 Reflexologist and subsequently became a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
